Frequently asked questions
How do AI interviews work?
You create a project with your research questions. Respondents join via a shared link and have a natural voice conversation with our AI interviewer. The AI asks follow-up questions, probes deeper into interesting topics, and stays on track with your research goals.
What counts as an interview?
Each unique respondent session counts as one interview. If a session is abandoned before any meaningful conversation happens, it does not count against your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when I reach my interview limit?
Your existing projects remain accessible and your data is preserved. New interviews will be paused until your next billing period or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Do respondents need to install anything?
No. Respondents join through a browser link. They just need a microphone — no app download, no account creation.
How accurate is the transcription?
We use Azure Speech Services for transcription, which provides high-accuracy speech-to-text. Summaries and analysis are generated by GPT-4o.
